Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for: - Responding swiftly to customer inquiries using phone, email, chat, and social platforms - Addressing and resolving customer issues while maintaining a positive experience - Following escalation protocols for complex cases when necessary - Efficiently processing service or payment requests - Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions for ongoing review - Sharing insights on call patterns or frequent issues - Recommending additional services whenever appropriate
Essential Qualifications
