Join Our Dynamic Team
As a Customer Care Agent at Blithequark, you will be part of a highly interactive and dynamic team of customer care professionals. You will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including live chat, incoming calls, and email
- Resolving customer-related issues in a timely and efficient manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and feedback
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to find creative solutions to customer issues
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong understanding of customer expectations and quality-driven support
- Fluency in Greek and English is a must
- Computer skills and ability to use office equipment are required
- Prior experience in customer service is a plus
- Bachelor's degree is a plus
