About the Role
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist at blithequark, you'll play a critical role in welcoming new clients to our platform and curating their onboarding experience to optimize client retention, maximum adoption of services, and delivering delight. You'll excel in teaching clients how to use our tools, understanding our diverse services, and ushering them through the process to realize their value. Your expertise will be invaluable in helping us achieve our mission of empowering our clients to achieve their goals.
Your Priorities
As a Customer Onboarding Specialist, your priorities will include:
- Providing tailored services for paid implementation clients, including consulting, building, and graphic design
- Providing clients with creative direction and solutions to problems via tickets, phone calls, and screen sharing
- Working closely with clients to curate their onboarding journey and ensure that apps pass internal review in six weeks or less from signup
- Reviewing client apps for quality assurance
- Working with your team on new projects and ideas to better the client experience
- Troubleshooting complex issues
You Are...
To succeed in this role, you'll need to be:
- A skilled communicator, with strong writing and phone skills
- A Subsplash Platform expert, with a deep understanding of all areas related to onboarding for the App, Giving, SnapPages, and future products
- Technical, with a passion for learning about new technology and understanding how things work
- A problem solver, with a critical thinking approach to solving puzzles
- Empathetic, with a passion for helping others
- A good teacher, able to make complex concepts seem simple
- An awesome human being, exemplifying humility, innovation, and excellence
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Experience using systems like Zendesk, JIRA, Asana, and Google Apps
Bonus Qualifications
While not required, the following qualifications will be a plus:
- Basic coding knowledge
- Experience with Photoshop and/or other image manipulation and design programs
Compensation
The total compensation for this role is between $50-55,000/yr.

This role is available as a 100% remote position for candidates residing in one of the following states: AL, AR, AZ, CO, FL, GA, ID, IA, IN, KS, KY, MO, MI, MN, NC, NM, OK, OH, OR, SC, SD, TN, TX, UT, VA, WA, WY.
