Job Summary

As a Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you will be the face of blithequark, often the first interaction our customers have with us. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, understanding client needs, and offering solutions and support. Your primary function will be to obtain the release of vehicles that are located at body shops and/or other locations, including residences. You will also perform other office support functions as needed. This role may expand to include Chat and Email Customer Support.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers of blithequark

  • Offer solutions that aid and facilitate a unique customer service experience through a thorough understanding of blithequark practices
  • Understand client needs and offer solutions and support
  • Answer and place calls in a professional manner, measured on call quality (Knowledge, level of professionalism, time to place follow-up calls)
  • Focus on call resolution and use company resources to gather information and offer solutions to meet customer needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Experience

* One year of office support experience in a customer service role preferred

  • High School diploma
  • Excellent customer service skills and attitude
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Proficient with office equipment
  • Attention to detail
  • Problem-solving
  • Computer proficiency - MS Suite
  • Typing speed 45WPM
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Bilingual skills a plus
  • Occasional overtime as needed

Compensation and Perks

* Hourly pay rate: $16.04 - $22.00 (for locations outside of California, Colorado, New York, and Washington)

  • Hourly pay rate: $18.00 - $24.00 (for locations in California, Colorado, New York, and Washington)
