Our Support Team

We are building a world-class Support team that is dedicated to helping customers overcome challenges and achieve their goals. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be part of a dynamic and fast-paced environment where no two days are the same. You will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to gather customer feedback and insights, which will help shape the future of our platform.

Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Becoming a product expert and maintaining a high level of product knowledge to provide accurate information and assistance to customers and colleagues
  • Taking charge of customer issues from start to finish, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or video conferencing
  • Resolving product or service issues by understanding the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution, and following up to ensure resolution
  • Documenting and tracking customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints using our CRM system
  • Gathering customer feedback and working directly with Product and Engineering teams to share insights and help improve products and services
  • Staying up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product updates to provide accurate and consistent information to customers
  • Working well under time constraints and meeting schedules, at times with unexpected deadlines, to ensure client needs are met
  • Delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction by going the extra mile in every interaction

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree obtained within the last 12 months
  • Proficient in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated experience problem-solving with attention to detail
  • Organizational skills and experience improving processes
  • Flexibility with changing job duties and responsibilities
  • Time management skills and ability to prioritize
  • Ability to work 9am-5:30pm PST
  • Must be located in PST or MDT time zones

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a technical or software-related industry
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and customer support software
  • Knowledge of HR, IT, and Finance processes and procedures
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
