Job Summary

We're seeking highly motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our overnight, weekend, and holiday lost/stolen customer service team. As an Overnight Weekend Holiday Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing empathetic and professional support to customers who have experienced potential bank account fraud. Your primary goal will be to resolve disputes, shut down debit cards for safety, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

* File disputes for customers who suspect fraud on their accounts

  • Express empathy and maintain a professional tone throughout all calls
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve customer issues efficiently
  • Work in a fully remote environment, requiring a wired high-speed internet connection and a smartphone with unlimited minutes or a landline phone
  • Participate in comprehensive training programs to develop your skills and knowledge
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required; Associate's degree preferred

  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Background check required
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to use WIRED high-speed internet connection with a minimum of 25 Mbps download and upload speeds
  • Android (OS 11.0 or higher) or iPhone (iOS 16 or higher) smartphone
  • Either a smartphone with unlimited minutes or a landline phone
  • Ability to problem solve and think critically

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer service, collections, telemarketing, or sales

  • Familiarity with remote call center environments
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills

Training and Onboarding

* Comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge

  • Training start date: Tuesday, September 9th, 2025, at 5 PM
  • Week 1 training schedule:

+ Tuesday, September 9th, 2025: 5 PM - 10 PM + Wednesday, September 10th, 2025: 9 PM - 2 AM + Thursday, September 11th, 2025: 9 PM - 2 AM + Friday, September 12th, 2025: OFF

  • Week 2 training schedule:

+ Saturday, September 13th, 2025: 5 PM - 10 PM + Sunday, September 14th, 2025: 5 PM - 10 PM + Monday, September 15th, 2025: 9 PM - 2 AM + Tuesday, September 16th, 2025: 9 PM - 2 AM + Wednesday, September 17th, 2025 - Friday, September 19th, 2025: OFF

* FT Schedule Open: + Saturday: 5 PM - 2 AM + Sunday: 5 PM - 2 AM + Monday & Tuesday: OFF + Wednesday: 9 PM - 6 AM + Thursday: 9 PM - 6 AM + Friday: 9 PM - 6 AM

  • FT Schedule Close:

+ Saturday: 12 AM - 9 AM + Sunday: 12 AM - 9 AM + Monday: 12:30 AM - 6 AM + Tuesday: OFF + Wednesday: 9 PM - 6 AM + Thursday: 9 PM - 6 AM + Friday: OFF

  • PT Schedule Open:

+ Saturday: 5 PM - 10 PM + Sunday: 5 PM - 10 PM + Monday - Wednesday: OFF + Thursday: 9 PM - 2 AM + Friday: 9 PM - 2 AM
