A Day in the Life of a Drug Testing Specialist

As a Drug Testing Specialist at blithequark, you'll be part of a collaborative team environment where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact on our clients' experiences. You'll provide meaningful and accurate support around our many different drug screening products, helping clients navigate the complicated nature of how drug testing works. Whether it's over the phone or online, you'll be the go-to expert for our clients, finding creative solutions to solve their issues and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, answering their questions and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Train and teach clients to further their experience and knowledge of our drug screening products
  • Schedule drug testing events for applicants, match results when they come back from the laboratory, and relocate events to different areas based on the needs of our clients and applicants
  • Update client accounts in our system, report on department health and metrics, refine our processes, and grow our drug screening product offering
  • Collaborate with the team to solve complex problems and improve our processes

Essential Qualifications:

* Customer service experience or experience in a related field

  • Phone skills and above-average computer skills
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients and team members
  • Creative problem-solving skills, with the ability to think outside the box and find innovative solutions
  • Organized and attentive to detail, with the ability to manage repetitive tasks and prioritize multiple projects
  • Effective time management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and work under pressure

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of human capital management (HCM) software and systems
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
  • Certification in customer service or a related field

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

* Competitive hourly rate of $16/hour

  • Flexible scheduling, with a typical part-time schedule of 27.5 hours/week (12-5 pm MST)
