As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for answering customer questions and concerns regarding our tax return software. Your expertise will focus on areas such as downloading, logging in, basic navigation, importing documents, printing, and filing, as well as addressing basic tax-related queries. Our comprehensive support system ensures that you will have all the tools and resources needed to excel in this position. Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, or chat, addressing questions and concerns related to blithequark's tax return software
  • Articulate solutions clearly and empathetically, ensuring customers feel valued and supported throughout their tax filing experience
  • Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) and Marketplace Performance Specialists (MPS) to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall performance
  • Stay up-to-date with blithequark's products and services, participating in ongoing training and certification programs to enhance your expertise
  • Build strong relationships with customers, driving innovation and providing top-notch service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed as a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a passion for helping others, and a strong desire to learn and grow. While no specific accounting background is required, you should be enthusiastic about assisting customers with their tax-related questions and concerns. Competitive Compensation:

  • $18.50 per hour, with opportunities for bonuses and incentives
  • A $405 bonus for participating in our certification program and becoming a blithequark Product Expert

Flexible Scheduling:

  • Build your own schedule, with flexible hours available anytime between 8am EST and 12am midnight EST, Monday to Sunday
  • Minimum 20 hours per week required, with the option to work more hours as needed
