Key Responsibilities

  • Handle a high volume of live chat and phone calls from customers, providing timely and effective support
  • Identify and evaluate customers' needs to deliver satisfaction and resolve issues efficiently
  • Provide accurate, valid, and comprehensive information to customers, ensuring that their queries are addressed
  • Manage complaints, provide proper solutions and options within established time limits, and follow up to secure resolution
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer interactions
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers, build trust, and promote a positive experience with our platform

Requirements

  • At least 1+ year of proven customer-facing experience or experience as a customer service representative
  • Fluent in English and German, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to work weekends and irregular hours, including night shifts, to ensure 24/7 support for our customers
  • Strong ability to use IT for professional purposes and handle somewhat technical queries from customers
  • Exceptional written communication skills and a good listener, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide personalized support
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and control time effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of the cryptocurrency/blockchain field is a significant plus, as is multi-lingual capability
