Job Summary

As a Spanish-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service to patients and families in a bilingual setting. You'll be the first point of contact for many patients, providing empathetic support, answering questions, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., healthcare, communications, or business) preferred

  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field
  • Fluency in both Spanish and English, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
