Job Summary

As a Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional customer service to patients, families, and healthcare providers. You will be responsible for responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing accurate information about our healthcare services. Your strong communication skills, cultural competence, and empathy will enable you to build trust and rapport with our diverse customer base.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information about blithequark's healthcare services and policies
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve service delivery
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance customer service skills and knowledge
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service, healthcare, or a related field

  • Strong Mandarin-English bilingual skills (written and verbal)
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a healthcare setting or with healthcare-related organizations

  • Knowledge of healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Familiarity with electronic health records (EHRs) and other healthcare software systems
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
