Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to our customers via phone, email, and chat. Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues alike

  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
