Experienced Full Stack Mechatronics Service Technician – Field Service and Support

Job Description
We're seeking experienced Full Stack Mechatronics Service Technicians to join our team in the Karlsruhe/Pforzheim region. As a Service Technician, you'll be responsible for:
- Repairing and maintaining machinery for post processing (franking machines, envelope machines, RISO printers)
- Conducting regular maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Installing new equipment at customer sites
- Processing customer orders and documenting service work in SAP S4 Hana
- Managing a territory in collaboration with three other Service Technicians
- Traveling and occasionally overnight stays may be required
- Collaborating closely with our sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:
* Conducting on-site repairs and maintenance of machinery
- Performing routine maintenance and servicing of equipment
- Installing new equipment at customer sites
- Processing customer orders and documenting service work in SAP S4 Hana
- Managing a territory in collaboration with three other Service Technicians
- Traveling and occasionally overnight stays may be required
- Collaborating closely with our sales team to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Essential Qualifications:
* Technical education in mechatronics or a related field
- Experience as a Service Technician in a field service role
- Strong knowledge of mechanics, electrical, and network technology
- Structured and organized approach to work
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in English is an advantage
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with SAP S4 Hana or similar ERP systems
- Knowledge of post and parcel industry equipment and processes
- Familiarity with RISO printers and other related equipment
- Experience with customer service and support
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
