As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, you will play a vital role in facilitating the production process of accurate documentation provided to our process servers teams. You will be responsible for reviewing and confirming work entered into our systems, solving issues, and escalating as needed. This is a full-time, remote position located in Indiana, Iowa, Wisconsin, North Dakota, Kentucky, Alabama, Florida, Oklahoma, Michigan, North Carolina, or South Carolina.

Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Review and file legal documents using internal systems and email
  • Participate in ongoing training to expand knowledge of industry and process
  • Investigate discrepancies as they arise
  • Complete additional projects as assigned

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

  • No experience necessary; data entry experience a plus
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Desire and ability to be a team player
  • Experience and basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
  • Type 40 - 50 plus WPM

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a data entry or administrative role
  • Familiarity with legal documentation and processes
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in data entry or a related field
