Job Summary

As an Experienced Annuities Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing elite customer service experiences to our clients, while also ensuring the accurate and timely execution of new business applications. You will work closely with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments to resolve pending cases and drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and ability to navigate complex insurance products will be essential in this role.

Key Responsibilities

* Follows procedures to process new business application transactions accurately and efficiently

  • Corresponds with agents, internal wholesalers, and other departments regarding pending cases
  • Responsible for the accurate handling and timely execution of New Business Applications
  • Provides an elite customer service experience to clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded
  • Continuously evaluates and identifies opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience
  • Ensures transactions are processed on our administrative systems accurately and in a time frame considered suitable by SEC and blithequark guidelines
  • Reports any potential fraudulent, money laundering, or unethical requests that have been reviewed
  • Performs other related duties as assigned or required

Mandatory Requirements

* High school diploma

  • Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in the insurance and annuities fields
  • Working experience of insurance products, applicable policies, procedures, and guidelines
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent grammar and writing skills

Preferred Qualifications

* Annuities experience is highly preferred

  • MS Excel experience

Work Environment

* This position is fully remote within the United States only

  • Schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm; Central Time Zone is preferred
  • All applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States without requiring sponsorship now or in the future

Compensation and Benefits

* A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $31,800 - $52,000

  • Full-time hires are eligible to participate in the blithequark benefit program, which includes health, dental, and vision insurance coverage; employee wellness; life and disability insurance; a retirement savings plan, paid holidays, and paid time off
