Key Responsibilities:

As an Associate Customer Success Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Being the trusted partner for the customer on use-case and product functionality
  • Quarterbacking experiences by various cross-functional teams at blithequark, on behalf of the customer
  • Applying an understanding of blithequark's products, services, and support processes
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
  • Assisting with high severity requests or issue escalations as needed

Key Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Business Development, or another client-facing role preferred
  • Ability to discuss, understand, and work within complex project and processes
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to details
  • Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills
  • Must be self-directed and self-motivated
  • BA/BS degree or higher

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

  • A base salary range of $55,700 - $129,400 USD
  • Annual performance bonus
  • Stock and/or other applicable incentive compensation plans
