Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling inbound calls from Members, Clients, and Facilities, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries and concerns
  • Resolving issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior team members when necessary
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, ensuring seamless communication and follow-up
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
  • Adhering to blithequark's quality standards, ensuring exceptional customer experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • At least 1 year of Call Center experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service
  • 6 months of Customer Service experience, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Basic typing/computer experience, with excellent navigational skills and the ability to learn new software applications quickly
  • Residency in the State of Rhode Island, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace
