Job Summary

As an Experienced Dutch Speaking Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat. You will assist with ride bookings, app functionalities, and payment inquiries, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat

  • Assist with ride bookings, app functionalities, and payment inquiries
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our ride-sharing app and its features
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice to customers
  • Meet and exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

Requirements

* Fluency in Dutch and English, with proficiency in additional languages a plus

  • Experience in customer support, preferably in the technology or ride-sharing industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused approach
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in standard office software
  • A passion for technology and ride-sharing services
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
