Job Summary

As a Customer Success Manager at Blithequark, you'll be responsible for driving the success and growth of our high-potential customer accounts. You'll work closely with our Product, Delivery, Support, and leadership teams to serve as the strategic post-sale owner, driving alignment, unblocking progress, and building value-based client relationships. Your expertise will be essential in identifying opportunities for expansion, developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs, and ensuring seamless onboarding and adoption of our solutions.

Key Responsibilities

* Own the success, retention, and expansion of high-potential customer accounts, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive alignment and growth

  • Develop and execute customized success plans to meet customer needs, ensuring timely and effective onboarding and adoption of our solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level stakeholders, including C-level executives, to drive business growth and retention
  • Identify opportunities for expansion and develop strategic plans to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Collaborate with Product and Delivery teams to gather feedback and insights from customers, informing product roadmap and development priorities
  • Develop and deliver executive-level presentations to communicate customer success stories, business outcomes, and growth opportunities
  • Analyze customer data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement targeted strategies to drive customer adoption, retention, and expansion
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform customer success strategies

Requirements

* 6+ years of experience in account management, customer success, or strategic consulting roles within an enterprise SaaS or Healthtech environment

  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow complex accounts with multiple stakeholders and technical workflows
  • Outstanding communication and executive presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior-level stakeholders
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, retention, and expansion in a customer-facing role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer data and metrics
  • Experience with CRM software, customer success platforms, and other relevant tools and technologies
