Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Logistics IEMEA at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

• Handling customer orders, including processing, tracking, and delivery
• Communicating with customers to resolve issues, answer questions, and provide support
• Supporting complaint management, including investigating and resolving customer complaints
• Collaborating with internal teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure seamless customer interactions
• Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• IT systems and tools experience, including SAP, Office, and Salesforce
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• A technical affinity or understanding, with a passion for logistics and customer service
• A professional 2-3 year apprenticeship or equivalent education, plus additional functional training or qualification, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Logistics
• German and English language skills, both oral and written
