About the Role

As a Customer Support Advocate at blithequark, you'll be responsible for handling customer queries, providing exceptional support, and ensuring that our users have an outstanding experience on our platform. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve issues, improve processes, and drive customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or other channels, providing timely and effective resolutions to their issues

  • Utilize CRM tools to track customer interactions, resolve issues, and escalate complex cases to senior support agents
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Tasker Support, Operations, and Product, to resolve issues and improve processes
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our platform, products, and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Analyze customer feedback and suggestions to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and new technologies to continuously improve our support processes and tools
  • Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements:

* Minimum 1 year of customer service experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Knowledge of CRM tools, such as Zendesk or Freshdesk, is preferred
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on empathy, active listening, and problem-solving
  • Tech-curious: Excellent typing skills with the ability to navigate online tools and systems
  • Adaptability and a love for change and improvement in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex issues and solutions
  • Reliable and punctual, with excellent time management skills and a strong work ethic
  • Embrace the unknown: Be comfortable working cross-functionally with other teams, working through ambiguity, and multitasking

Benefits:

* Base hourly pay: $17.50/hour
