Job Summary

As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued clients, members, and facilities. This role requires a quiet workspace with high-speed internet access and a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound calls from clients, members, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner

  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge

Requirements

* 1 year of Call Center experience

  • 6 months of Customer Service experience
  • Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
  • Must reside in the State of Rhode Island
  • High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
