As a Customer Care Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling inbound calls from our valued clients, members, and facilities. Key Responsibilities
* Handle inbound calls from clients, members, and facilities in a professional and courteous manner
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and effective manner
- Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services
- Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and issues
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer concerns and improve overall customer experience
- Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance customer service skills and product knowledge
Requirements
* 1 year of Call Center experience
- 6 months of Customer Service experience
- Basic typing/computer experience with excellent navigational skills
- Must reside in the State of Rhode Island
- High-speed internet access and a quiet workspace
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
