Essential Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in customer-facing roles in a service company
  • ITIL qualifications and experience are preferred, but not essential

  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
