Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Logistics IEMEA at blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Handling customer orders and inquiries in a timely and efficient manner
- Communicating effectively with customers to resolve complaints and issues
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless order fulfillment and delivery
- Analyzing and resolving complex customer complaints and issues
- Developing and implementing process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency
- Maintaining accurate records and reports to track customer interactions and order status
- Providing exceptional customer service and support to drive business growth and loyalty
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proficiency in IT systems and tools, including SAP, Office, and Salesforce
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers and internal stakeholders
- A strong technical affinity and understanding of logistics and supply chain processes
- A professional 2-3 year apprenticeship or equivalent education, plus additional functional training or qualification, or a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Logistics
- Fluency in German and English languages, both written and spoken
