Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients via phone, email, and chat. You will be the face of our company, and your interactions will have a direct impact on our customers' perceptions of our brand. We are looking for someone who is not only knowledgeable about our products and services but also possesses excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a fair and efficient manner
  • Provide product and service information to customers, including features, benefits, and usage instructions
  • Upsell and cross-sell products and services to customers as opportunities arise
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed responses to customer inquiries
  • Meet or exceed customer service metrics, including first call resolution, customer satisfaction, and average handle time
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience with CRM software and customer service platforms
  • Knowledge of sales and marketing principles and practices
  • Experience with upselling and cross-selling products and services
  • Certification in customer service or sales
