About the Role

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join blithequark at a pivotal moment in its growth, with less than 30 hires, and play a crucial role in shaping the Customer Success function from the ground up. As a Customer Success Associate, you will have ownership and impact from day one, working closely with a world-class GTM team and contributing to the evolution of a best-in-class approach to Customer Success.

blithequark is seeking a highly motivated and customer-centric individual to ensure that its SMB and mid-market customers have a seamless and engaging experience, driving retention and growth. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between customers and internal teams, leveraging deep customer insights to deliver value and contribute to product evolution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Excellence: Deliver high-impact onboarding for new SMB and mid-market customers, ensuring a smooth ramp and quick path to value.
  • Driving Product Adoption: Proactively identify and engage customers using data, helping them unlock key features and maximize the benefits of blithequark's AI-driven recruiting solutions.
  • Account Health Ownership: Monitor usage to detect risk, balancing higher-touch engagements with a scaled approach to ensure the long-term health and satisfaction of customer accounts.
  • Problem-Solving and Support: Provide timely and effective support to users when issues arise, coordinating with technical teams as necessary to resolve problems efficiently.
  • Systematizing Success: Contribute to the design and refinement of a scalable Customer Success approach that supports thousands of users, leveraging best practices and lessons learned to continuously improve processes.
  • Customer Voice Champion: Surface key trends and collaborate with Product and Sales teams to shape the product roadmap and sharpen GTM messaging, ensuring that customer needs and feedback are at the forefront of blithequark's strategic decisions.

Ideal Candidate Profile

To excel in this role, the ideal candidate will bring a combination of experience, skills, and personal qualities, including:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer/stakeholder-facing role, such as Customer Success, Sales, RevOps, or a similar field.
  • A passion for meeting new people and spreading energy through a positive and engaging approach.
  • Confident communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts and guide customers through the AI revolution in recruiting.
  • A willingness to experiment, try new ideas, and iterate based on feedback and results.
