What You'll Be Doing

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative II, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling routine and semi-routine tasks to develop your skills and expertise
• Responding to policy and billing inquiries from producers and policyholders via phone, email, and live chat
• Assisting producers with quoting new business and processing policy endorsements and updates
• Collaborating with other departments to respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues
• Handling and solving producer/policyholder complaints with minimal supervision
• Participating in special projects, peer-to-peer training, and providing inter-departmental support

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a highly motivated individual with:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• A minimum of 1 year of personal lines experience in an office or call center environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to keep emotions under control when dealing with irate or hostile customers
• The ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
• A strong desire to learn and grow with our company
• A willingness to provide assistance to peers and be a knowledgeable resource to the team
