Key Responsibilities:

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:

  • Providing timely, accurate, and empathetic support to customers via phone, email, chat, and social media

Essential Qualifications:

To succeed as a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll need:

  • 1+ year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or customer service environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
