Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Specialist at blithequark, you'll be responsible for providing timely, effective, and empathetic support to our customers via phone, email, chat, and social media. You'll work closely with our cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues, escalate complex cases, and implement process improvements that drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Escalate complex cases to senior support specialists or subject matter experts as needed
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards for customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and issue escalation
  • Work effectively in a remote environment, using technology to stay connected with colleagues and customers

Essential Qualifications

* 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or support environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Proficiency in using technology, including CRM software, email, and chat platforms
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and another language)
