Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with customers through live chat to answer questions, resolve concerns, provide information, and offer assistance
  • Maintaining high customer satisfaction levels by providing accurate and timely responses
  • Assisting with sales by providing product information and facilitating purchase decisions
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and company information to provide accurate and informed responses
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following requirements:

  • Access to a reliable internet connection and a device capable of handling chat functions (Phone/Tablet/Laptop)
  • A commitment to work independently with a minimum availability of 5 hours per week
  • Excellent written communication skills with a customer-focused mindset
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

Work Hours & Location

As a Live Chat Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Our remote work arrangement allows you to choose your own schedule, with flexible hours ranging from 5 to 40 hours per week. This means you can work at a time that suits you best, whether that's early morning, late evening, or somewhere in between.
