Key Responsibilities

As an Experienced Customer Care Sales Manager at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service and support to clients seeking financial and insurance solutions. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Using provided leads to meet sales goals, without the need for cold calling or door-to-door sales.
  • Understanding clients' insurance needs and recommending suitable life insurance products that meet their requirements.
  • Maintaining professionalism and upholding company values such as transparency and integrity.
  • Completing necessary training and obtaining a Life Insurance License.
  • Working independently in a self-paced, remote environment, with the flexibility to manage your time effectively.

Qualifications

While prior experience in insurance or financial services is not required, we are looking for individuals who are self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. The ideal candidate will possess:

  • No experience necessary; we will provide full training to ensure your success.
  • A willingness to obtain a state Life Insurance License, with the support of our training team.
