What You’ll Do:

As a remote chat support specialist, your primary responsibilities will include: - Engaging with customers in real-time, addressing inquiries and providing support through live chat on our clients’ websites and social media platforms. - Assisting with both customer support queries and sales-related questions, helping to enhance customer experience and drive business success. - Receiving training to handle various types of interactions effectively, ensuring you’re well-equipped to meet our clients’ needs.

Key Responsibilities:
