Job Summary

As a Business Customer Support Representative – Remote, you will be the voice of blithequark for our business customers, providing timely and effective support to resolve their queries and concerns. You will work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, utilizing your excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and customer service mindset to deliver exceptional experiences.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer business customer/client requests or inquiries concerning services and products, and report problem areas.

  • Utilize various systems and tools to assist and service customers, ensuring seamless and efficient interactions.
  • Maintain up-to-date working knowledge of all company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information and solutions.
  • Make system recommendations based on customers' equipment specifications in accordance with customer needs.
  • Determine customer billing issues and provide solutions based on customer inquiries, ensuring timely resolution and satisfaction.
  • Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the growth and success of our customer-facing team.

Essential Qualifications and Requirements

* High school Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.

  • At least 1+ year of related experience in a high-volume call center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Must be detail-oriented with a strong ability to follow procedures, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all interactions.
  • Solid problem-solving skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills required, with the ability to deescalate or persuade customers using exemplary Customer Service, Initiative, and Problem-Solving competencies.

Preferred Qualifications and Requirements

* Associate degree or higher in a related field, such as business administration, communications, or customer service.

  • Experience working in a fiber optic or telecommunications industry, with knowledge of related products and services.
  • Proficiency in CRM software, such as Salesforce, and other customer-facing systems.
  • Certification in customer service, such as Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Customer Service Manager (CCSM).
