Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

* Handle incoming customer service calls, emails, and chats in a professional and courteous manner

• Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
• Provide accurate and up-to-date information on products and services to customers
• Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
• Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

• 6 months' customer service experience in a similar role or customer-facing environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive customer information

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in a credit or telecommunications core support role

• Knowledge of credit standards and financial information
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software

Compensation and Benefits

* Competitive salary: $15/hour plus ability to earn monthly bonus incentives (equates to earning up to $19/hour)

• Overtime offered when available, paid at 1.5x hourly rate
