Experienced Full Stack Data Entry Specialist – Remote Accounting and Financial Operations

Job Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:

• Preparing and reviewing financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger
• Analyzing and reconciling financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness
• Identifying and resolving discrepancies and errors in financial data
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and success
• Providing exceptional customer service and support to internal and external stakeholders
• Staying up-to-date with changing financial regulations and laws, and ensuring compliance with all relevant requirements

Key Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• 3+ years of experience in accounting and financial operations, with a focus on data entry and analysis
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB guidelines, and SOX/internal controls
• Experience with NetSuite, Coupa, and GSuite preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field, with a strong emphasis on financial analysis and reporting
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Preferred Qualifications

* CPA certification or other relevant certifications

• Experience with financial planning and analysis, including budgeting and forecasting
• Strong knowledge of financial modeling and forecasting techniques
• Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI
• Strong understanding of financial regulations and laws, including Sarbanes-Oxley and Dodd-Frank
