Job Summary

As a Remote Customer Service Manager at blithequark, you'll be responsible for leading a team of customer service representatives, driving customer satisfaction, and developing strategies to improve our service delivery. You'll work closely with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our customer experience. Key Responsibilities

* Lead a team of customer service representatives, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure exceptional service delivery

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction, including process improvements, training programs, and quality control initiatives
  • Collaborate with our leadership team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes that enhance our service delivery
  • Analyze customer feedback and data to inform service improvements and identify trends
  • Develop and maintain extensive product knowledge to provide accurate and helpful information to customers
  • Conduct inbound and outbound calls, set appointments, and perform presentations to members of unions that request our benefits
  • Complete necessary paperwork, quality control, and leadership development activities
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

Essential Qualifications

* 2+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  • High school diploma (higher education preferred but not required)
  • Customer service and/or retail experience preferred but not required
  • Ability to pass a background check

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of experience in customer service or a related field, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service

  • Experience leading a team of customer service representatives
  • Knowledge of customer service software and systems
  • Experience with quality control and process improvement initiatives
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
