Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and their students, alumni, and borrowers. You will handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, chats, and texts, ensuring timely and professional responses to all customer inquiries. Your primary duties will include:

  • Handling a high volume of customer calls, emails, and chats in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
  • Utilizing our CRM system to track customer interactions and resolve technical issues
  • Providing clear and concise verbal and written communication to customers, including explanations of complex financial concepts
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including demographic and contact information
  • Adhering to federal and state laws governing the industry, as well as client Statement of Work standards and company guidelines and policies
  • Meeting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and monthly performance goals

Training and Development

Education and Qualifications

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or remote work environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues

Work Schedule

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be required to work a variety of shifts, including:

  • Day shift: Monday - Friday, 8 am - 5 pm CST
  • Evening shift: Monday - Friday, 5 pm - 12 am CST
  • Weekends: As needed
