What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be responsible for:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to provide effective solutions for customers
- Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn, ensuring that every interaction is positive and productive
- Collaborating with Team Members and Managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack to foster a customer-centric culture
- Adapting to changing business needs and priorities, demonstrating flexibility and a growth mindset
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple conversations simultaneously
- Proficiency in computer usage, including data entry and efficient internet browsing
- Adaptability, flexibility, and a willingness to learn and grow with the business
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Ability to pass a background check and maintain confidentiality and secure critical information
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, headset, and webcam
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
- A cell phone or tablet for two-factor authentication through Okta Verify
