Responsibilities

As a Part-time Customer Engagement Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about products and services, and narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments.
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of the ever-evolving products and services, ensuring you're up-to-date on the latest offerings and features.
• Capturing customer contact information for lead generation and client review, summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review.
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues, provide solutions, and exceed customer expectations.
• Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying ahead of the curve in the ever-changing automotive industry.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (not necessary but preferred).
• The ability to type at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change.
• A positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Gaming experience is helpful, but not required.

Requirements

To join our team, you'll need to:

• Attend 4 weeks of training, Tuesday-Saturday, between 10:00 am-6:30 pm CST.
• Work 5-hour time blocks daily after completing training.
• Meet the typing speed requirement of at least 35 WPM, with 40 and above preferred.
• Demonstrate a positive and professional demeanor, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and an ability to adapt to change and enjoy a quick-paced work environment.
• Gaming experience is preferred but not required.
