As a Data Entry Clerk, you will play a vital role in processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents.

Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, reconciling transactions, and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents. You will also be responsible for processing Corporate Activity Activities, settling/reconciling transactions, and processing/reconciling returns activity. Additionally, you may be required to analyze complex/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications.

Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer profiles and determine/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

  • Process Corporate Activity Activities, settle/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
  • Analyze complex/escalated issues and provide recommendations for resolution
  • Test/validation of new innovation enhancements and provider modifications
  • Reconcile transactions, including Business, Dividend, and Transactions Breaks
  • Get Back Together across BOS and Fund Companies
  • Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of tax coding
  • Address internal/external system improvements or concerns
  • Provide method or innovation service alternatives to Management
  • Remediating transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
  • Answer business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
  • Provide follow-up on Substitute Expenditure moves to expedite the customer demand or remediate not neat issues
  • Prompt and correct finalization of client investing and dividend demands

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and processes

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the financial services industry

  • Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance
  • Experience with data entry software and systems
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
