Job Summary
As a Part Time Data Entry & Researcher Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our Sales Associates by researching contact information for potential clients, scheduling appointments, and performing general clerical duties. This is an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of blithequark.
Key Responsibilities
* Researches contact information for potential clients to enter into marketing funnels
- Sets up pre-designed mailings and email campaigns to researched potential clients
- Makes introductory calls to potential clients to schedule meetings for Sales Associates
- Performs general clerical duties, including but not limited to:
+ Filing + Photocopying + Faxing + Mailing in a timely and accurate fashion
- Assists with special projects as assigned
- Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Fast and accurate typing skills
- Moderate knowledge of Excel, internet research, and email correspondence
- Commitment to excellence and high standards
- Acute attention to detail
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills; able to manage priorities and workflow
- Ability to deal effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
- Ability to work independently and as a member of various teams and committees

Physical Demands & Work Environment
* Occasionally required to stand
- Continually required to sit and to utilize hand and finger dexterity

- Occasionally required to lift/push/carry items up to 25 pounds
Work Schedule
We offer a flexible part-time schedule of up to 28 hours per week, with a preference for the following hours:
- Monday, Wednesday: 8:30am-3:00pm
- Thursday, Friday: 8:30am-12:30pm
