Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems. You will be the primary point of contact for our customers, and your goal will be to resolve their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and interactive voice response systems

  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Experience with sales or upselling products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
