Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat & Tele Chat Support Specialist at blithequark, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to chat and tele chat inquiries promptly and professionally, ensuring that every client interaction is a positive one
  • Building and maintaining positive client relationships through personalized support and guidance
  • Troubleshooting technical issues to ensure a seamless experience for our clients
  • Providing accurate information about services, pricing, and policies to our clients
  • Collaborating with the team to enhance the customer experience and ensure that every client feels valued and supported
  • Following up with clients to ensure that their needs are met and that they are satisfied with our services
  • Maintaining proper documentation of interactions to ensure that our services are delivered efficiently and effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, with the ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide creative solutions to client problems
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting, with the ability to navigate our systems and software with ease
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping others, with a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service

Essential Qualifications

* High school degree or equivalent

  • 1 year of customer support experience, preferably in live chat or tele chat
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Comfortable with technology and troubleshooting
  • Ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and passion for helping others

* Experience working in a mental health support services environment

Schedule
