Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, resolving issues, and exceeding customer expectations. You will work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication, efficient issue resolution, and a positive customer experience. This is a remote position, with three days of on-site training required. On occasion, you may be required to attend meetings in our office.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients via phone, email, and chat

  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues and escalate when necessary
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and efficient issue resolution
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on products, services, and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets

Essential Qualifications:

* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or similar environment

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
