Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative with blithequark, you will be responsible for:
- Completing industry-leading training program: Receive comprehensive training and support to help you succeed in your role and achieve your goals.
- Outbound and inbound calls: Make outbound calls to clients and potential clients who request products and services, and respond to inbound calls from clients and potential clients.
- Utilizing the Zoom platform: Use the Zoom platform to educate and sell life and supplemental health insurance to clients and potential clients.
- Assisting clients and potential clients: Assist clients and potential clients to complete electronic applications and answer any questions they may have.
- Attending team training: Attend team training twice a week to stay up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills: Possess strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with clients and potential clients.
- Competitive with a desire for excellence: Demonstrate a strong desire to excel in a professional sales role and achieve outstanding results.
- Basic computer knowledge: Have basic computer knowledge and be comfortable using technology to complete tasks and communicate with clients.
- High School Diploma or equivalent: Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
