Responsibilities
As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Answering live chat messages and supporting the needs of our users through our Intercom customer messaging platform in both English and either Spanish or Portuguese
- Collecting and relaying customer feedback to the rest of the blithequark team
- Identifying potential issues and coordinating appropriately with the Development team
- Supporting other Customer Support projects as necessary
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Strong fluency in English and bilingual skills in Spanish and/or Portuguese
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in Customer Support/Service
- Proficiency in software such as Intercom, Stripe, Retool, Notion, Slack, Braintree, Zoom, Google Workspace, and Zendesk (a plus)
- Coding knowledge is not required but is a plus
- A reliably strong internet connection (at least 10 MB/s)
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends, if needed

About the Contract
