The Role
As a Titleist Brand Ambassador and Golf Expert, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to customers on titleist.com. This will involve using your knowledge and passion for golf to engage with customers, answer their questions, and help them find the right products to meet their needs. You will also be expected to stay up-to-date on the latest Titleist products and events, and to share your expertise with customers in a clear and concise manner.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service and support to customers on titleist.com
- Use your knowledge and passion for golf to engage with customers and help them find the right products to meet their needs
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Titleist products and events
- Share your expertise with customers in a clear and concise manner
- Compare and analyze competitor products to ensure that customers are getting the best value for their money
- Show empathy and understanding to customers in stressful situations
- Use Titleist golf equipment to provide a authentic and expert experience for customers
- Familiarize yourself with the Titleist site and any related media or searches
Essential Qualifications
* 5+ years of golf experience
- Knowledge of the Titleist product line
- Golf club fitting experience
- Familiarity with top component brands
- Ability to engage and inspire dedicated golfers with Titleist brand and product knowledge
- Ability to explain complex concepts at the customer's knowledge level
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to type at least 35 wpm
- Reliable internet connection and a desktop or laptop computer with a Chrome browser
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience working in a customer-facing role
- Knowledge of online customer service platforms and tools
- Experience with social media and online marketing
- Familiarity with golf industry trends and developments

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
