Key Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Technician, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring accurate and timely data entry into our operating system, maintaining high levels of precision and attention to detail
  • Understanding and identifying customs documentation, including customs declarations and other relevant documents
  • Transposing customs declaration information from documents into the customs entry system, ensuring the build of a valid customs declaration
  • Verifying documents received for Import customs purposes are compliant and correct, adhering to all relevant regulations
  • Providing exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
  • Ensuring compliance at all times to regulations, maintaining a high level of integrity and professionalism
  • Daily execution of workflow and department metrics, contributing to the team's success and growth

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • An Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field, such as business, logistics, or supply chain management
  • Effective interpersonal skills, including proven abilities to listen, comprehend, and communicate clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
  • Proficient computer skills, including solid data entry with a high accuracy rate, email, internet, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
