Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
  • Providing information about products and services to callers, ensuring they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Handling and resolving customer complaints or concerns, using your problem-solving skills to find creative solutions
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures, ensuring accurate records and seamless communication
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to the appropriate department or supervisor, ensuring timely resolution
  • Following up on customer calls when necessary, to ensure satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably with a similar industry or company
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on finding creative solutions to customer issues
  • Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment, with a calm and composed demeanor
  • Good working knowledge of Adobe, Excel, and Word, with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly
  • Ability to analyze customer needs and provide appropriate solutions, using your knowledge of our products and services
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a preference for a degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or marketing)
  • 1 year of customer service experience, with a focus on building strong relationships and delivering exceptional customer experiences
