Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other communication platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience with software applications, including CRM systems
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines and achieve goals
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills to ensure efficient use of time
  • Active listening skills to understand customer needs and concerns
  • Ability to relay information and answer questions and/or concerns in a clear and concise manner
